Our long distance (from CA to KY) move would have been extremely difficult without Ashley as our buyer's agent. My spouse was still teaching in Pasadena, so after a couple of trips with her during school holidays, I had to make another trip to Kentucky without her. It was a seller's market, and houses were being bought before our bids could be communicated, or sometimes before I could see them! Thankfully, Ashley caught on quickly to what we were looking for and steered me in the right direction, until I found a house still available with the amenities we wanted. A brief phone call with my wife and we were bidding on it, then it was ours! Without Ashley's help, we might still be chasing our tails six months later. Ashley is bright and knowledgeable about the process and the area. She's also really fast with those bid documents. Professional and friendly too!
